To protect the time and care I dedicate to each client, the following policies apply to all appointments: Cancellations Cancellations must be made 24 hours before your appointment. No-Shows No‑shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments. Late Arrivals Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to the no‑show fee. Deposits All appointments require a deposit to secure your time. Deposits are applied toward your service and are non‑refundable for late cancellations or no‑shows. Consent & Waiver Forms Please complete all required consents and waivers before your appointment. These forms ensure treatments are safe, appropriate, and tailored to you.
